Hip Hop Slighted At Grammys-Again!

May I be the first to say f!@# whoever made television decisions for the Grammy Awards. I, like millions of other hip hop fans tuned into the most prestigious award show in the music business only to be disappointed by the lack of hip hop awards shown on t.v.

It’s very rare that you fine a hip hop song with a “message” that you can party to. Acafool, the man behind “Hatablockas”, and the “The Fast and Furious” inspired “Let’s Ride”, once again has another club banger with his newest single “Deweey” (D.U.I.), …

Iceman-Reign of Fire

Posted 30 Jun 2009 in Music News

The first look at Iceman you understand why his hit single is called “Manslaughter”. Looking more like an action hero or WWE wrestler, than your typical rapper, Iceman matches his intimidating look with an equally aggressive delivery. The Queens born, M.C. has received a lot of positive reviews including being included in MySpace Top 51 rappers.

His latest release, currently on sale on CD Baby, I-Tunes, and Amazon includes the Reggae fused “Manslaughter” which is currently tearing up the clubs. Iceman shows a softer side on “1 Girl” which combines a synthesized hook with a ridiculous flow. Ice man is not only a celebrity in the Connecticut and New Hampshire area, where he calls home, he has branched out through out the North East and is making a serious buzz in the South.

Iceman’s style is hard to capture in words but one listen to him, and you’ll understand why he is a force to be reckoned with. Check him out at http://www.myspace.com/icemanstreetz
